Hi, I’m Jerzy Piotrowicz, and I’ve been helping people buy and sell real estate in Winnipeg for more than 20 years.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with all kinds of clients—from first-time buyers and growing families to investors and seniors looking to downsize. Every situation is different, and that’s one of the things I enjoy most about real estate: getting to know my clients and finding the right solution for them.

I’m also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and have more than 10 years of experience in new home sales. My experience with new construction has given me a strong understanding of home design, construction, building processes, and what to look for when purchasing a brand-new home.

I work throughout Winnipeg, including River Heights, Charleswood, Tuxedo, Bridgewater, Garden City, Lindenwoods, Oak Bluff and Waverley West, as well as many surrounding communities.

I take the time to listen, explain your options, answer your questions, and negotiate on your behalf. I’m not interested in simply completing a transaction—I want my clients to feel confident that they have made the right decision.
